Christ Lutheran School’s professional and caring staff works diligently to ensure the admissions process runs smoothly.  Our team is here to assist you all along the way, responding quickly to any questions you may have. Here’s how it works:

1 Fill out an online request for information and schedule an Educational Success Consultation.

Take a few minutes to fill out the online request and we will give you a call to schedule an Educational Success Consultation or you may call to schedule one yourself at 505-884-3876.

It’s simply a conversation. We make our free Educational Success Consultations available to any family, enrolling here or not, because our ministry as educators doesn’t stop at the walls of our school. Whether it’s simply for help with study habits or for professional advice - set your appointment today by first clicking the button below.

2 Shadow Day K-8th Grade

Engage in an opportunity for your child to “shadow” a Christ Lutheran student and get a feel for what a day in the life of a CLS student looks like. It’s also a chance for us to do an informal evaluation of how your child is doing academically. This gives us the opportunity to see if Christ Lutheran is a good fit for your child.

3 New Student Online Application

You can follow the link on our home web page to create an account and apply online. After your consultation, shadow day and your application has been approved, you will receive an email with a link to finish the enrollment process.

5 Financial Assistance

We use FACTS Financial Management (www.FACTSMGT.com) for our Tuition and Financial Aid. All families are required to create an online account in FACTS during the enrollment process. At FACTSMGT.com you will go to “Create an Account” if you have never used this system before. If you have previously used FACTS, simply “Sign In” and update your current information for the school year for which you are applying.
• This account will be used to manage billing for your child’s registration, tuition and extended care fees. You will be asked to set up automatic payments, but will not be billed during the enrollment process.
• If you believe you need Financial Aid please apply at FACTSMGT.com click on Parent Resources, Financial Aid and Apply now and login in with the account you created for your financial billing. You must apply for Financial Aid within 2 weeks of your paid registration fee.
Once registered and signed up for FACTS, you will also need to log on to www.renweb.com and register. RenWeb is our communication software that will allow you to exchange emails with the classroom teachers and check on your child's grades.
