Christ Lutheran School views technology as a flexible tool for teachers to use in order to positively affect the learning experience of students. Technology is not the answer to everything, it simply provides our faculty with additional opportunities to enhance sharing, and for teaching and broadening young minds. In addition, we understand that success in today’s academic and business worlds relies heavily on comprehending current technology and the resources it offers. This is why we are proud to incorporate technology and STEM components in our private Christian education programs in Albuquerque.
To that end, we have implemented a technology plan and STEM education programs in our Albuquerque school that to date has equipped many of our students with iPads, and provided computers in both classrooms and in our Media Center. In addition, technology is integrated throughout our school facilities and in our curriculum.
- Fully networked facility – all classrooms
- Library/Media Center Dedicated Computer Lab – Internet access with high level security, filters and firewall
- Mobile lab featuring iPad devices
- One to One iPads for students in grades 4 through 8, with individual iPads issued to students in grades 6 through 8.
