“Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances” 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
This is my fourteenth year teaching, my ninth year as the fourth grade teacher at Christ Lutheran! Before moving to Albuquerque, I spent five years teaching middle school in Kansas.
I received my Bachelor of Science in Education degree from Concordia University, Nebraska with an art minor. I currently hold a level two New Mexico Teacher’s License.
I absolutely love teaching fourth grade! I truly feel that this is what God has called me here to do. I love my students and I certainly feel privileged to work with them on a daily basis. Watching the learning process take hold in my students is incredible.
Aside from religion, technology and art are my next two favorite subjects to teach. I love incorporating as much technology and art into the curriculum as I can. Being creative and thinking outside the box are two of the most important things that we can do to help ourselves grow.
